Random sound plays when windows pop up occurs

Whenever the taskbar is right clicked, on occurrence of the pop up taskbar options, a short song plays twice, this happens when I right click a file in file explorer, adobe acrobat reader help options, among others. But no sound occurs when I right click a website tab on my browser. Could not find anything online regarding this. Would be nice if it could be fixed, thanks.

Since the original post [OP] was over 2 years ago I'd wonder if the issue is gone. Anyway, could it be the pop-ups are caused by different programs?
