SOLVED Quick access to the Apps tiles in W10

In Win8.1 the start sequence is start screen, welcome screen and password, enter and up comes your app tiles. Really nice, fast and neat.
Now in Win10 the sequence is start screen, welcome screen and password, enter and up come DESKTOP, find the windows icon, and now you get your App tiles. How can I eliminate this annoying redundant DESKTOP step?

Thanks Sasafried, quick response! perfect! BTW can one somehow switch for having to scroll the Apps Tiles vertical in W10 to scrolling them horizontally as they were in W8.1? Maybe I should have posted this as a separate thread...
