Questions about upgrading to Windows 11

I’m wondering why I can’t keep using Windows 10 and why my PC doesn’t seem eligible for the upgrade to Windows 11. I use Norton Internet Security, don’t do online banking or shopping, and can’t afford a new computer as a disabled senior. I mainly use my PC for browsing and writing my church newsletter.

I just wanted to share my concerns since I couldn’t contact Microsoft directly.

Who says you can't keep using it?? Just because support for Windows 10 ends on October 2025, does not mean, Windows will quit working. It will work indefinitely but it will not be updated with bugfixes.
