I have (on my new computer with Windows 10) 2 partitions on my SSD:
C: (with WinOS)
and
D: (remaining data, photos,....).
Both partitions have enough free space (> 60 GB)
Much to my surprise "System Volume Information" folders are automatically created (by Windows) and filled on BOTH partitions.
As far as I remember (from my old computer) a System Volume Information folder (for SystemRestore points) is only necessary and created
on ONE partition.
How can I tell my Windows 10 to use ONLY the System Volume Information folder on partition C: (and shrink/empty the one on partition D?
