Hello, I do not know if I use the right job to send this request.
If not, I apologize.
That is my problem.
Since update 19/11/2015 services10, I can not connect to Mydriveconnect from TomTom.
When I try to open Mydriveconnect, Windows returns me the following message: unable to start the program because MSVCP100.dll is missing on your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I reinstalled several times this program without success.
I have contacted TomTom that me referrals to services10.

What can I do?
Can you send me the missing file?

Cordial greetings.

Hello,

Now, it is no longer missing MSVCP100.dll displayed but missing MSVCR100.dll.

What can I do?
Can you send me the missing file?

Cordial greetings.

Michel JUVILLE.

Have you tried running the software in compatibility mode?
Having you tried re-registering the problem .dll file?
Two other reference on this forum regarding Tom Tom

I'm not sure there is a solution, the software may need to be updated by the provider or as suggested in one post there may be a firmware update (also from the provider) that may be required.
