After installing the new WIN 10 on my PC I'm having a problem trying to boot up. Windows starts to load but hangs up and I have to shut my computer down and re-start every time. Also every time I wake up the computer from the sleep mode I have to re-start my WIFI connection to get online. I would like to re-install WIN 10 to see if this fixes the problem. How do I do that? If that doesn't fix the problem how do I go back to my previous version of WIN 7 using the installation disc that came with the computer? I tried to reinstall WIN 7 using the disc but I get an error message that says I can't reinstall my version. Do I need to completely erase my hard drive first? How would I do that?
