Perhaps you could tell us a little about the problem? Symptoms? Errors?
WiFi or Ethernet?
Router to dsl or cable or cellular?
What did you upgrade from?
It'd help to know how you are normally connecting to the Internet.
That said though, a common problem some users have experienced during their upgrade to Windows 10 is that their IPv4 and IPv6 protocols are for some reason disabled.
They need to be checked and to do this you:
Click Start > Settings > Network & Internet
Under Related settings click the hyperlinked Network and Sharing Center
In the left pane click Change adapter settings
Right-click on you Local Area Connection and select Properties
In the window that pops up scroll the listed items and make sure these two items are checked
Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
Note: If you had to check either of these click OK when done
