Problem with converting my Laptop as Wifi Hotspot

I bought my laptop from New Zealand. It is Dell Inspiron 3148 2 in 1 with Windows 10 Home. I cannot convert my laptop as Wifi Hotspot. It is showing me "Please install Microsoft Virtual Wifi Adapter". But I am not finding this software anywhere. Please help me by providing this software or suggest me how can I solve the problem. Many thanks for your response. This link is not working on Windows 10 Home. The message came with the same information "Install Microsoft Virtual Wifi Network Adapter"'. If you have the software, please provide me.

You may have to have the adapter, I do not use it but my router has wi-fi and I just have to log into it and turn it on.
