The problem started on Saturday 1/30/16. I've contacted my provider and I'm told a Microsoft issue and other customers are having the same problem. Any idea what's going on. Emails are syncing fine on my cell phone, just not via Outlook
Have you found an answer to this? We recently got windows 10 and now we can't see all of our messages in outlook. Some emails say "Download message and pictures" but when you click on it, it doesn't do anything. What solution have you found?
