I have recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
I have always printed from Windows Photo Viewer.
Now when I try to print, the paper stops feeding but if I use Photos there are no problems.
I would prefer to continue using Windows Photo Viewer.
Is there a solution or am I stuck with Photos?
I am using an Epson Workforce 320.

What happens when you cut out the middleman and just right click the jpg and select print from the context menu?

I have tried that and although I can open the file it just will not print. The paper starts to feed then backs up a bit then goes forward again and then it sounds as if it is printing but nothing happens

Yes. Drivers are up to date. I do not feel confident to remove and reinstall as you have suggested which may or may not solve my problem anyway.
I guess that I shall have to stay with Pictures.
Thank you for trying to help it is appreciated.

How I find it easier to do
Via Windows Photo Viewer
I get the photo up I want to print
Then go to the 3 dots at the top right hand corner.
Click on it and scroll down to Print
That will open up your printer
Just check to make sure that is what you want
Press Print and that should work

Thank you. I have always right clicked and gone to Print.
When I followed your hint, it worked.
Don't ask me why the print result is different as both methods take me to the same screen.
Anyway, thank you once again. It now works.
