I have a Brother 7065DN multifunction laser printer. It stopped working when I upgraded to 9926. When I uninstalled/reinstalled, the complaint was that I was not authorized to use a kernal mode driver. In the policies I see that kernal mode is not disallowed, so go figure. Any thoughts?

Use Internet Explorer and go here

The second one in the list is the 32 bit driver and the 4th one in the list is the 64 bit driver.
See if you can at least get it installed and printing with this basic driver for the printer.

Driver Manager

Don't know if you have either of these two programs installed or not.... just though I would pass it along, just in case.
