had dual boot 7/Preview...C/D..had to reinstall 7..on (C)...lost 10 Boot mgr...says 10 signature files missing,,apron 10 selection....can this be fixed? media disc tools failed to fix....I have the generic key...will new media disc...except this code?..P.S> Restore option failed...said no restore points found??????

Generally

media disc tools failed to fix

not sure what "media disc tools" you used, but.....
Booting from the windows 10 installation media and using the advanced troubleshooting options to open a command prompt and then typing
Bootrec.exe /FixMbr
Bootrec.exe /FixBoot
Bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd

will usually do it.
IF not just download the free version of EasyBCD from neosmart install it on your 7 installation and use it to add the 10 boot entry by pointing it at the proper windows folder on the proper partition.

final 10 (Created disc , from ISO).....Used EasyBCD to create 10 boot entry for drive, in 7- (D)....select 10 and MSG. pops up missing signature files ...and (10) OS won't load.
