[Trouble]

September 23, 2020 today we’re releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 20221 to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.

What do you think? Is it ready for prime time now?

Trying to keep a low profile at the moment, as I am in the middle of negotiations etc on moving home. But, I am tempted!

Probably not.
Maybe 20H2 but not this one.

Although I would contend that, except for the watermark, if you secretly put this on everyone's machine, probably 70% of those wouldn't even notice any difference.
It seems to me that more problems are generated with Cumulative Updates in the current public build than anything I see in recent, so called, future versions.
Admittedly, your mileage may vary. I guess my Dev (fast ring) machine is just generic enough or perhaps old enough that I rarely if ever suffer any adverse behavior.
