Slow download and more bad things happening after loaded. I dropped back to 19536 which still works

Well, I finally see something I can play with. The graphing function for the calculator can be very useful..

The comment about error 0x8007042b is not just Insider builds. I have several folks upgrading from a public build or even Win 7, seeing the same situation. It seems to be involved with not being able to create a Hardlink between two folders and possibly related to not being able to modify the BCD store for some reason..

So far I have had NO ISSUES with this build, Download speeds from MS Servers was upto par even a bit faster speeds registered at 54.2 MB
saved all UUPs and then convert to USB iso for Repair installs if needed or to use for anything else...
and as for error 0x8007042b - most of time if find is DUE to USER fails to adhere to MS Recommendations.
1. Disable or Remove your 3d party AV.
2. Failure to believe their system is not corrupt in some fashion.
3. MS has outlined a very simple (healthfix.bat) which if followed at last count fixes over 99.9% or all failure errors.
@TedWilt = slow download is normally users ISP not MS Servers.. or users System.
More bad things - i do wonder what that means.
