September 30, 2020 today we’re releasing 20H2 Build 19042.546 (KB4577063) to the Beta and Release Preview Channels for those Insiders who are on 20H2

While they are calling these "Builds" they actually come as Cumulative Updates and install pretty fast and do not generate any Windows.old folder, no watermark, no expiration date and as you can see above the words "Insider Preview" are not mentioned as in the other Dev Channel / Fast Ring "Builds".
