This update is broken for sure.

My system tray is indicating I have no Wi-Fi / Internet access — yet I do have full access.

It is also not updating the catalog, meaning Windows Update is requiring a restart - to install the update that is all ready installed.

If you have not already downloaded or installed this update — I'd suggest holding off as its highly likely a patched update will need to be released.

There have been updates that took more than one install to complete..

Did you clean install this one?

I have to wonder why the last two were so close together, was there some type of problem with the first one or did they find something they needed to test..

I was stuck on 19013 when I tried to update to this one. WU always stopped with an error code. So I reinstalled 19013 from the MS ISO and was able to update from there. Not sure what happened although I have noticed that if one does not clean out previous installs, something like that can happen.

Not this time. The update appears literally minutes after installing the 19023 one, so I selected Restart to install.

Then I ended up with the situation I described in my previous post.

For the time being, I've downloaded the normal Windows and done a clean install.

I'll stay away from the Insider builds for a few days and wait to see if something is offered to resolve the issue I encountered.

Clearing the QAMs and SoftwareDistribution made no difference to the update service insisting I needed to restart and install the 19025 build, so I'm scratching my head as to where its storing the Data that triggers this notice.

Not sure if this holds any particular significance but....
UPDATE 11/22: We have released Build 19025.1052 which is a Cumulative Update with no major changes. We are trying out our servicing pipeline on 20H1 builds.
