Released today Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18290 (19H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.

Getting it now on 1 of my IP computers.

Read through the list of "Fixes" and "Known Issues"....
Didn't see anything overly disturbing.
Seems that this one was to avoid Insiders running up against the Mid December expiration date in the former build.

I noticed the comments about having the microphone icon show what is using it. Since Cortana uses all the time, it is not the fact they are adding this but the reason why they are adding this, that intrigues me.

And of course, they announce a Bug Bash for 19H1, when are they going to have one for 17763???

Agreed..... Often I see signs of efforts to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic.
While everyone ignores the ship is seriously listing and in danger of capsizing, causing the deck chairs to need rearranging.

I mean seriously....
How badly did we need a dark theme.
AND
Maybe someone can explain to me, how exactly I benefit from something called "Fluent Design"?

Sounds like some folks are having problems with the 18298 build, maybe something to look forward to..
