Hi!
After a Software installation, my laptop is no longer able to boot.
I have the loggin PIN( used to loggin durring normal startup ) for the Admin Account on the Laptop, and also the Microsoft Account password for the email associated with the Admin Account.
From the startup Recovery menu I do have some options( like 'Command Prompt', 'Reinstall and keep files' and 'Restorepoint' ), but all them options are asking for the Account Password. Inputting any of the passwords doesn't work.
Does anyone know why my passwords are not being accepted, or what specific password it is asking for?
