Hi,
I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. All went fine with the upgrade. However, when on a website, any website, also once in a while in Word, etc., plug ins crash, they crash constantly on websites, screen freezes, have to wait for the "plug in crashed" message, click on it, then screen unfreezes & I can continue. Happens more frequently on sites like AOL Mail, LinkedIn.
Also, speakers do not work. I've tried all the "fixes" I could find. When I run diagnostics, all is fine. I get a message in one area that says more software needs to be downloaded. I have an older laptop. Toshiba Satellite L755-S5360. I'm guessing that's why. But I've run tests to see if my software is the latest version and it says it is..
Thank you!
Lori
