Hey help my windows 2in1 tablet/laptop needs fixing. Problem. i had so many stuff on it and so i backed it up and saved everythin. then i reset it in the setting then it was stuck on 33% i forget to put my charger in. it turned on but then it come up with the something happened meesage and so i fixed that now my tablet/laptop just keeps turning on and off. it loads till it gets to installing windows then shuts off i thought maybe ill just let that keep going and something will happen. its now bn 4days
please help me

Most laptops include a factory partition that will allow you to return it to the condition it was in when you first purchased it, and.....
A means of accessing the utility at boot time.
Perhaps check your documentation or the manufacturer's website to see if they have instructions about how to perform a factory reset using the restore partition.

In nearly all cases, following Trouble's suggestion, you must keep hitting the F12 key as soon as you switch on. After a few seconds, the recovery menu should pop up.
But, looking at your post, are you certain that you do not have a problem with the charger or battery? It could be that it is only accepting a minimum charge. and, worst case, is not able to run on external power.
