Please help, locked out

I've restarted, used the on-screen keyboard, and the rest of it too, but I can't login.

Make sure you caplock key is not active.

Make sure you caplock key is not active.

It's not, as you can see the password is accepted & correct
When it's correct, I get sent back to the start again.
When it's wrong, it brings up that wrong password page.
