PIN Request Upon Every Re-Opening ?

Hello,

Using W10 on a Mac.
Can switch back and forth via their Bootcamp APP.

Every time I go to Windows, it asks me for my PIN.

Any way of configuring Windows so that it does not ask me each time, but
just opens up "automatically" ?
