After resetting my laptop and creating a local account, I later logged into my Microsoft account and attempted to set up a PIN, which did not work. I also tried setting up a fingerprint, but that didn't work either.
When I put the computer to sleep, I have to sign in with my Microsoft account and password. The "create a PIN" window appears, but I don't remember creating any PIN, and none of my previous PINs work. I cannot reset it through the sign-in options.
