Hi:

Now I cannot see pictures on websites with my Internet Explorer. This is since I changed to Windows 10.
Any idea why and what I can do?
Thank you for help.

Welcome to the forums Josette :)

Are all images blocked in IE? Could you please try going to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Then make sure "Show Images" is checked (listed under Multimedia on the settings list). You may need to press ALT to get the Tools menu bar to appear.

It is interesting. For the CBC website, the images are blocked for their Home tab but if I go to any other tab, the images are there. Any idea?

If the images don't work on a specific page then I'd guess it's more likely to be a problem with the website rather than your browser. Feel free to message me the link and I'll have a look from this end.

I'm guessing that the checkbox I mentioned in the post above was ticked as expected?

That link works ok for me, would you be able to take a screenshot of the page using the "snipping tool" please so that I can take a look at the problem?

Do all other sites/pages work fine?

Also, do you have any anti-virus software installed? I wonder if that is blocking images.

It now works for me and the other sites. Strange. I am interested in screenshot and will send you a picture but the Print Screen button on my keyboard does not work and the snipping tool download is unavailable. Any idea?

I'm glad that the image problem is fixed :).

As for the Snipping Tool problem, if you press Windows Key + R to open up the run box and type in "SnippingTool.exe" then press OK, it should load it up :). You can also search for "snipping tool" from the search box and it should find it after a few seconds.
