Picture folders not recognised as "Picture" folders.

After a recent upgrade many of my picture folders are reclassified as "File" folders in the folder properties dialog although they are still listed as "Picture" folders in the "Customise" dialog.. I have tried changing these properties, switching off computer and restarting but nothing appears to change! This is not a big issue but an infuriating one! Any help or suggestions appreciated.

After a recent upgrade

You'll need to be more specific than that, we seem to be ontrack for 2 Upgrades each year with at least monthly updates. Hold down the Windows key and press R, type winver and post that. Have you tried uninstalling the last Upgrade? Unfortunately it usually doesn't work to go back after a period of time has elapsed.

Are the folders by chance still listed in the Libraries??
