phone memory, how to improve or increase?

I have Nokia Lumia 530. Windows ver 8.1...
Always my phone memory shows availability less than 100 mb. SD card is only half full. I tried all stunts available such as transferring apps, storing whatever possible to SD card etc. But no improvement. How to increase phone memory?
