PC won't boot into my flash drive

Hi, I have a 13-year-old refurbished PC and when I turn it on, it won't boot from my installation media or any HDD. Unfortunately, I can't send an image because I'm on the PC.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?

Have you changed the boot sequence in the BIOS? What kind of PC do you have (Brand/ Motherboard).
On a HP you can change the boot sequence by hitting F9 at startup. Other may use F2 or the ESC key.
Please tell us what you have done so far
