I have an older office PC that I started using last year. The PC itself works great, but when I try to boot it up with peripherals like the mouse and keyboard attached, it takes more than 5 minutes to start.
The PC has an SSD, but as mentioned, the boot time is significantly delayed when peripherals are connected. In contrast, if I boot the system without any peripherals attached, it starts up within a few seconds.
How can I solve this issue?
