Partial Photo Displayed When Pasting into Paint

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue where only part of a photo appears when I copy it from Outlook and paste it into Paint.

For instance, if I copy a photo of a notepad, only the bottom right corner shows up in Paint.

While I suspect it could be due to resolution, I've never faced this problem before. It's worth noting that I've been using the same process for years, but the issue only arose after getting a new computer.

Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated!
