Parental control options for Windows 10 other than inbuilt Parental Control of Windows 10.

I was using Windows 10 inbuilt Parental control however it has severe limitations. Namely with respect to the browsers that are possible to be used. With Windows 10 Parental control we cannot use Chrome or Firefox. Further we cannot block based on topics. And finally a email ID for the child has to be created. So my question is following
What is the best alternatives for Parental control that is available with Windows 10 which will allow us to use programs and browsers of our choice but still work?
