need help in Outlook, now I cannot get my recent emails. The most recent are Sunday

I still need help in Outlook as in my first question for help. I have subscribed to a free trial of Microsoft 365 and was told that my one drive was full so I deleted a lot of big files and it hasn't help at all. So I got in touch with Microsoft again and was told that my one drive needed to be upgraded so ok I said I want to upgraded to 200GB but because I'm only on trial they will not let me upgrade. How stupid is that?

Not stupid, just Marketing, wanting to sell a product or upgrade to a product. As mentioned, it was a Trial. Back before the Internet such programs were called ShareWare, Try then Buy or uninstall but couldn't reinstall.

Have you tried to log out and then login? Sometimes it happens due to technical issues. Try to login again, may that be helpful for you.
