Outlook Not Responding

I have a windows 10 home OS, version 1703, OS Build 15063.138
Processor Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-3317U [email protected] GHz 1.70 GHz
Installed RAM 6.00 GB (5.89 usable)
System type 64 bit OS, 64 based processor

Microsoft Outlook 10 (32 bit)

I am having problems with Outlook Not Responding and well as other notifications
In addition my OS freezes in Outlook and in Excel.
