Outlook 365 - 0x800CCC1A Error

I don'd receive any mail ,The error is 0x800ccc1A (your server do not support the connection
encryption type you have specified)So far I follow all the advise received and cant not resolve
the problem,if I uninstall office 365 I will loose the Contacts and Excel..If the problem continue will be better
install outlook 2007.

Who are you using as your e-mail provider (i.e. the domain part of your e-mail address)? I'll see if I can find their connection details. It sounds like you'll need to contact them to find out your mail server, encryption and port settings so that you can set it up correctly. I'm guessing that the advice you have followed so far was to enable "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)"?
