Outlook 2013 and Attachments

In Windows 10, I use Outlook 2013, and it has worked fine up until recently. Now, Outlook sends emails OK, but not emails with attachments.

Hi there , in the search box beside the start button type sfc /scannow put a space after sfc at the top of the search panel sfc /scannow will appear now right click this and select use as administrator. A new window will open (cmd) it will check for any missing/corrupt/broken files and when it finishes it will repair/replace any of the above. Restart your pc and try sending an attachment in your email. Hope this helps.
