Opened applications,files,folders doesn't show when it clicked

I have noticed that some of my application does not show up when it clicked even apps,files,folder are running already.

any ideas?

Sometimes I have to watch closely to see what is open, usually by the blue bar under an item on the Taskbar and a shadow of the edge of a second window open. Some choices on the right-click of the Taskbar may help.

some browsers have issues with different version of windows. try right click on screen and refresh. many times this issue can also be fixed by repair with a RegCleaner. trash left over from NOT properly uninstalled program can/will cause this...
