Open windows minimize

When I'm moving a window around (before releasing the cursor), if I get too close to the edge of my monitor, all other open windows minimize.

Is it any edge where the mouse pointer is or just the right end of the Taskbar with the light-colored vertical bar?

OH! If I move a minimized window twice in a row past the bottom or side edges of the display, all others minimize. If I do the same again the others show up again.

That faint vertical bar is called Peek, moving the mouse to it will temporarily show the contents of the desktop. Clicking will minimize all active windows. It's a setting as to whether it works or not is on the right-click of the Taskbar then on the Notification area of the list on the right.
