OneDrive icon on taskbar disappears! And so do mouse definitions!

Every time my laptop restarts ( and it does it very frequently by itself), the onedrive icon disappears from the taskbar and consequently synchronization stops until I re-download this icon. Also my personal mouse definitions are neutralized with every restart and I must redefine them. This is SO annoying and unprofessional! It never happened with Windows 8!! .
