One or more network protocols are missing on this computer

My new machine (4 months old), a Dell Inspiron 11 series 3153, has several problems. I don't know if they are connected to each other. I can only be online for about 15 minutes before I get kicked off. When I troubleshoot I get the message "one or more network protocols are missing on this computer". When I reboot I get an error message that reads "Error sending end of post message to ME HECI disabled continue to boot". I am back online for about 15 minutes, then it starts all over. Any suggestions?

It also randomly resets all my settings to default. It also loses icons on my desktop.
