One of my friends gets the following message:
Microsoft Outlook
Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file
I have tried to help, but nothing works. She has uninstalled and reinstalled Office. Used Safe Mode, looked and changed Permissions etc. I wonder whether it would work to delete the Outlook Profile from the Registry. What would happen??? Computercat99 P.S. Office is activated and everything else works. It is a new laptop and there are no old Outlook entries.
