Office 2016 will not register in win10. Keep getting, We're sorry, something went wrong error

Having trouble upgrading to office 2016 thru my office 365 subscription. Have tried running as admin, with little success. Would appreciate any help.

Hi I did mine through Office 2013 then updated Office 365.
Try that way
