What is it your trying to print? individual emails, File Print select printer, Print?

Since you mention "office 2013", I'm guessing that you are talking about the Outlook 2013 email component of the office suite.

Can not print displayed emails

Have you tried simply using the keyboard combo of Ctrl + P
Making sure that the proper printer is indicated in the print control box that, that should produce and confirming that it is in fact "online"?

The Ctrl + P allowed me to print specific pages and specific range of pages. Thanks, problem solved.
