Offered free windows 10 on my computer. Now my computer has blank screen??

well I have to say, the windows auto download on my computer has messed my computer up which is a i7! Just have black screen, cannot get to password page, cannot get anything. Tried to bring up task master but no luck. Is there a solution or a microsoft number to call??

Start with this (there are several solutions which can be attempted)

Press the windows key and X, together. IOf you are lucky, a menu will popup. If so, select the Device manager in the menu.
Click the "Display Adapters" and then right click your known adapter. Select the option to update your adapter and follow the instructions. It can take a while to download and install, if an update is found.

If nothing suggested, works, post back and I, or someone else on the forum, will guide you further.
