Apparently over the weekend there was a new GPU driver released by nVidia that has caused some problems with Windows 10.

GeForce 375.57
They've released a newer driver that is suppose to remedy the issues GeForce 375.63

IF anyone is experiencing the issues with the Start Menu, Tiles, some Apps, etc., perhaps downloading and installing the newer driver will help.
