With Windows 10, I was told to have Number Lock always activated even after computer is turned off and back on again is to go to regedit (register editor) and at Initialkeyboard indicator number for Windows 7 you put a 2, for Windows 8 you put number 80000002 and for Windows 10 you put number 2147483650. I did the number change but my number lock won't stay active all the time with Windows 10 and never had any problem with Windows 7. Anybody can help ???

2147483650 is the default setting. Setting the [InitialKeyboardIndicators] to '2' keeps the numlock ON at all times (unless turned off),at least on my computers.

Navigate to this key: [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard]
