Since upgrading to Windows 10 I frequently get "Not responding" messages. This happens on almost any program but most often on Windows Live Mail and Microsoft Edge. The program almost always eventually starts responding again, but not very quickly.
It is almost as if my laptop is not responding quickly enough so the programs think they are not being used! I am using a Dell Inspiron laptop and do not do anything that uses large amounts of processing memory - just email and Internet most of the time.
Is there anything I can do to find out why this happens?
