Not all task bar buttons functioning

Build 10074

The Start button, search bar, wifi, sound, and battery buttons are not functioning. I can click on open windows just fine. This is my first time posting so if you need more info just let me know.

You might want to give build number 10130 at try. You can get it here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso
I would personally, strongly recommend a clean install, but you can always attempt an upgrade and see if that helps with any of your issues.
