No sound, no videos

I installed windows 10 and my sound and video are not working on my new computer. I ran a trouble shoot on the sound and it says no problems found. It shows 100% sound for both speakers/headphones. I went to sound settings and looked at options and it does not show any issues there. I am not the best at solving computer problems so any answers please break it down to simple steps to fix one or both problems. Thanks so much!
