I'm guessing — as you have not stated — that this is occurring in one specific Internet browser.
Clear your internet browser cache of all references to the car sales website, for a start.
Also, if you are using your own custom proxy settings, then turn these off so as to allow your browser to communicate from the website you are visiting directly to your computer.
Ditto, if you are using a VPN [ Virtual Private Network ] on your end.
Finally, if you've added any extensions to your browser,
and doing the above suggestions has no effect, consider disabling the extensions.
If you can let us know what web browser you are using when this error is occurring that would help too! The reference code you are seeing does not seem like something Edge or Internet Explorer would produce, so I'm guessing you are using Google or Firefox.
If you have to sign-in to the website that is generating the access error message, you should also do the following:
- Press your windows key once
- Type Credential Manager and press Enter key
- Remove any credentials referring to website [note: you will have to manually re-enter them on the website again the next time you visit it, so make sure you know your password! In Credential Manager, you can expand the credential and select Show password if needed. ]
