No Desktop Notification for new email (Outlook 2013 & Windows 10 Pro)

Suddenly my desktop notification for new email in Outlook 2013 has stopped working. The option is checked in Outlook mail options. I cannot seem to find a solution for why this has happened. Anyone with a similar problem?
