No DELETE option when right click of mouse

I lost the capability of deleting when I right click my Logitech mouse. It worked great 2 days ago. I am running windows 10.
I did see many other posts on the WEB concerning this same problem but found no way to correct it.

Try using the set point software for your mouse. It works.

I checked out the set point but had no luck restoring DELETE back to the window that shows cut, paste, select all etc. No Delete option available.
